On Use of Illegal Programs
If you learn of someone attempting to play the game by using a program that the company does not support, please let us know the name of the character(s) and the suspicious behavior they are exhibiting (provided there is enough room for such a description) so we can investigate. We cannot act solely on a claim of someone using illegal program. We will collect evidence by securing material, monitoring and issuing warnings, which is a time-consuming process. We appreciate your help and understanding in advance.
